Site Policy:
All information on this site is provided in good faith and is accurate to the best of our knowledge. We accept that errors and ommissions may occur, if you believe an error has been made please contact us.
We assume no responsibility and accept no liability for the condition, content or goods and services available on third party websites which may be linked to or accessed from this website.
Sales Policy:
Sales are available to persons over the age of 18 as is required by law. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment must be received before the wine will be dispatched.
Modification to Service Policy:
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Delivery Policy:
Wines are available for delivery in Australia only. Unless otherwise stated, freight will be charged in addition to the quoted purchase price, with charges indicated during the checkout process. All wines will be delivered to your home or office via Australia Post or courier during normal business hours. Please allow 5 – 10 days for delivery. Purchases are at the customer’s risk once dispatched by us and we accept no liability for the delivery of items by the courier service.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 1760 Lobethal Road Lobethal South Australia AU 5241.
